In order to support the discipline construction, personnel training and other projects of the Colleges, Nantong University encourages the Colleges to raise funds and set up the College Development Fund to invite well-known scholars at home and abroad; to reward teachers and managers who have made outstanding contributions; to serve as scholarships for rewarding students’ academic innovation and for students ability training; and to support the participation of outstanding teachers and students in international conference; to provide financial support for academic innovation research and achievements publishing, etc.
