The Nantong University Education Development Foundation is responsible for the management of all kinds of donations and foundation funds, guaranteeing that the use of donations is in full compliance with the wishes of the donors and the purpose of the Foundation and ensuring a reasonable return on capital investment.

The specific measures are as follows:

 (1) All donations should be deposited in the Foundation account, and the Foundation should provide the donor with a donation receipt.

 (2) According to the agreement, the Foundation is responsible for the professional management of donations. When necessary, a special donation account can be set up separately to implement independent accounting.

 (3) Limited donations will be used in accordance with the donation agreement or the wishes of the donor.

 (4) The Foundation invests in and operates endowment funds. The proceeds should be used in accordance with the contract.

 (5) The Foundation and relevant departments are jointly responsible for the declaration, evaluation, awarding and disbursement of donations. Activities should be carried out in accordance with the donation agreement, relevant regulations and management methods.
