Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, first accomplishers  of the National Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award, first accomplishers  of the provincial and ministerial government scientific and technological achievements and the provincial and ministerial philosophical and social sciences achievements award, the Ministry of Education's Outstanding Talents Support Plan for the New Century, the candidates for the talent project of Jiangsu Double Creation Plan, the specially appointed professors in Jiangsu, The second level of "333 High-level Talents Training Project" in Jiangsu Province, the candidates of assistant professors or above in famous overseas universities and provincial talent projects in other provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government, etc.
