Professor Zhong Chonggui’s Research Group from School of Physical Science and Technology Achieves New Progress in Phase Transition and Magnetic Anisotropy of 2D Ferromagnetic Materials
Recently, the research group led by Professor Zhong Chonggui from the School of Physical Science and Technology has made new progress in the study of phase transition and magnetic anisotropy in two-dimensional (2D) ferromagnetic materials. The related work has been published in Applied Physics Letters under the title “Janus XGeN₃ (X = Cr, Mn, Fe) monolayer with large out-of-plane magnetic anisotropy and high Curie temperature.”
The paper’s first author is Meng Lingjian, a master’s student from the School of Physical Science and Technology (Class of 2023). Professor Zhong Chonggui and Professor Wu Xiaoshan from Nanjing University serve as co-corresponding authors, with Nantong University as the primary corresponding institution.
