Recently, the research group led by Professor Zhao Jicong from the School of Microelectronics has made new advancements in the study of laterally excited bulk acoustic wave resonators (XBAR) for the 5G N79 frequency band. The relevant results have been published in Applied Physics Letters, a leading international journal in applied physics, under the title "Spurious-free A1-mode Lamb wave resonator with crescent-shaped busbars and high FoM of 360."

The paper features joint first authors: Ph.D. student Lü Shitao and master’s student Xu Qin'er. Professor Zhao Jicong is the corresponding author, and Nantong University is the primary completing institution.
