The school boasts a strong faculty of 98 staff members, including 73 full-time teachers, among whom 35 hold senior professional titles. It is home to high-level talents such as national-level experts, Jiangsu Province's Outstanding Mid-Aged and Young Experts, candidates of Jiangsu's "333 Project," and academic leaders under the Jiangsu Universities' "Qinglan Project." Together, they form a well-structured, innovative teaching and research team.

The school possesses solid disciplinary platforms and has achieved remarkable results in research and internationalization. It holds a master's degree authorization for the first-level discipline of Education, as well as professional master's authorizations in Education and Applied Psychology. The school has established five provincial/ministerial teaching and research platforms, including the Jiangsu Advanced Models Research Center, and hosts ten research institutes such as the Situational Education Research Institute. Actively promoting international exchanges, the school has established long-term collaborations with institutions such as Concordia University (USA), Singapore University of Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (Hong Kong). Together, they have co-founded the "Hong Kong-Nantong Early Childhood Education Research Center," engaging in deep cooperation in talent cultivation and scientific research.

The school excels in program development and has achieved fruitful outcomes in talent cultivation.
