Mr. Bao Zheng is a famous electronics specialist, educator, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was born in Nantong,  Jiangsu in December 1927. In 1948, he entered the Textile Faculty of Nantong University to study. He was the President of Xidian University. In 1991, he was elected a member of Chinese Academy of Sciences (academician).
