Zhu Yongxiang was born in 1967 in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. He entered Nantong Institute of Textile Technology in 1984 majoring in Weaving, and is currently the CEO of Tianhong Textile Group Company.

He was the assistant to the general manager of Nantong No. 2 Cotton Textile Mill.
