Yun Zhongfang was born in 1965 in Wujin, Jiangsu Province. He entered the former NantongTextileCollege majoring in dyeing and finishing in 1984, and is currently the chairman and general manager of Jiangsu Isida Group Company.

He has won the titles of Excellent individual of Jiangsu Provincial Textile New Product Development, Top Ten Youth Entrepreneurship Leaders in Wujin District, ChangzhouCity’s Excellent Entrepreneur, Model Communist Party Member, Jiangsu Young Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Star and Advanced Workers of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Wujin District. In 2004, Isida Scholarship was set up in the former Nantong Institute of Technology to subsidize outstanding students in need.
