On September 2, Jiangsu Youth Artists Association announced the list of outstanding and selected works of “Youth Prosperity Painting-Jiangsu Youth Artists Association Celebrating for the 70^th Anniversary of the Establishment of the People’s Republic of China”. The oil painting Impression of ZhangyeIII createdby Hu Yundi, a postgraduate majoring in Fine Arts in grade 2018 under the guidance of Professor Zhou Chenyang of the College  of Arts in our university, was selected and awarded as excellent work.

“Youth Prosperity Painting-Jiangsu Youth Artists Association Celebrating for the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment of the People’s Republic of China” is sponsored by Jiangsu Youth Artists Association and other organizations. The exhibition aims at celebrating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, guiding youth artists to strengthen their cultural confidence, eulogizing the Party, the motherland, the people and heroes and painting prosperous youth with diversified youth art creation. The exhibition has received nearly 1,000 pieces of works, including traditional Chinese paintings, oil paintings, printmaking, sculpture and other art categories. Through the evaluation of the presidium of the Provincial Youth Artists Association, 160 selected works were selected, of which 70 were awarded as excellent works. According to the arrangement of the organizing committee, the exhibition will be exhibited at the Qun Wen Art Museum, Liuhe District, Nanjing at the end of September.
